100% Malaysian Churchill Fins are Back.
Key changes are:
1) Blade Edge Thickening:
The sharp blade edge has been slightly blunted by increasing thickness from 0mm to 1mm at the tip. This adjustment helps the manual trimming process post-molding, ensuring a cleaner, more consistent thickness finish.
2) Foot Pocket Rounding:
A fillet radius has been added to the strap edges where it contacts the user’s feet. This aims to improve comfort and reduce the chance of rubbing or discomfort.
While these changes are mostly functional and intended to enhance product durability and user comfort, in the current revision, we are maintaining the foot pocket dimensions across all sizes, but adjusting the blade length to maintain proportional ratios.
Specifically, the Medium (M) and Small (S) sizes will see a noticeable overall size reduction to keep blade length consistent with foot pocket proportions. All sizing is now referenced to the ML size as the datum.
